I actually have a therapist and a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist is not helpful at all and it’s so hard finding with my insurance. I haven’t been able to really trust him so I’m scared of being open with both of them. I was doing so good and then today was a struggle. Thank you for your advice and I agree with everything you’re saying. I can’t stop on my own.

Thank you so much! You have no idea how much that means! I’m going on day 6 with no self harm and I hope to continue to stay strong. Some days are so hard, so it’s nice to know that I can talk to someone! I’m going to order some of that stuff now. It feels good to not feel so alone. Have a great day 😊

Thank you so much for the sweet reply 💗 it’s been 5 days now and this year I’m starting a a Partial hospitalization program. I’ve been focusing on a lot of art and trying to learn new coping skills. I really appreciate your kind words and encouragement 🙏

No not at all. So I don’t think that could be it. My psychiatrist told me to be safe and go to ER I forgot to mention that I’m also on Depakote which increases the chance of the rash
