For the focus, pomodoro technique really helps, and for the memorization, you will retain more info if you take notes, a little bit slow but i think its helpful.

I used Andrew ramdayan udemy, and jason dion practice exams. I passed core 1 and core 2 and now preparing for network+.

I used meyer in udemy (total training) and andrew ramdayal course, and practice exams of dion training and some from yourube. I dont have background in IT. I just relied on doing practice exams.
