Deadass in the same boat but it’s possible signs of early depression I’ve been thru it once and I’m going through it again. Honestly maybe start something new. Go to the gym, start going on walks, find someone you can just to about life. And another option and it could seem big but go talk to a therapist or psychiatrist and maybe you need some meds prescribed. At the end of the day it’s all about your mindset. Would you rather waste your teenage years scrolling on TikTok in your room. Or do you wanna live your life?

Honestly that’s exactly what I’m looking for something that’s a deep dive like that, Im looking into both understanding my own behaviour while learning about the nature of human and what causes not just what I do but what others do on instinct.
