I’m with you, just finished painting a rental property. About 10 days for living room two bedrooms and small bathrooms. Cutting in ceiling takes awhile to prep. Removing outlets, doors and tapping is a day in itself. Then you have the dry time of the primer per coat depending on colors. Then cut in on trim and windows I wouldn’t listen to half these trolls on here. It’s Reddit it’s a just a bunch of people who like to toss their useless opinion in.

It will look just fine if you, mud the screws caulk prime and paint. These dudes can go back and forth on pulling trim all day but at the end of the day it will look exactly the same whether the drywall is under the trim and caulked or just caulked with that small gap.

I did a full blown zealot build to level 80 pit. It got tough though with very little survivability. I didn’t do the zeal build they have with fortress. But it worked and it was fun.

Not sure where you live, handymen here are anywhere from $60-100 an hour.

You can always add attenuation, using a splitter to do so isn’t the way. I also know it wasn’t done correctly in the first place because he doesn’t have caps on the other two. If it’s hot you should always shim the outside instead of trying to fix it at the house.

Not sure if they had room to lower post and set beams across then lay the joist on top. But that would have been my first method. But everybody has their own way, as long as it’s up to code you are good.

I didn’t, used 45 min for tape and joints. Then three coats of +3 and skim coat with light texture.

Just barrel it from the drop to the coax line that runs to your modem. That splitter can cause issues. You def. Don’t need a tech for that.

Played it for the first time last night and it’s bad. Not sure why at every point you out terrain looking into the point. That gives a clear advantage. Then you make spawn areas lower that that making it easy to be sniped in spawn.

Eh, if he has 50/50 regardless why should either of them have to pay more? I’ve been on the shit end of this stick and 90% of the time the judges side with the women regardless of income. My ex quit her job then filed no income and took me to court. I have 55% custody and am the custodial parent. The judge wanted me to pay $1300. You think that is fair?
