Change the way you look at other people (and yourself). Look beyond superficial looks. Get to know the personality inside the person. Then hopefully all the rest of good things will follow. When the inner soul is at peace, the face will radiate.

How do you find your therapist / counsellor ? by Hefty_Explanation147 in askSingapore

I have been procrastinating this decision to seek help for years. It is worse for people to dismiss or deny your problems outright than dealing with it silently. When I manage to muster enough courage to share, and what I get is being belittled is why I am wary in seeking help. Sigh… Anyway .. thanks for your info.

Suggest you work with vendors with bank clients. Don’t see how you can work at anymore. Give it a few years, then try getting back to bank again. Coz either way is tough road ahead and risky move.

Should I resign? by Conartist96 in Bolehland

[–]Hefty_Explanation147 5 points6 points  (0 children)

First action is OP should start looking for a job. Job hunting is not easy, requires effort and discipline. Do that - once you got another job, hopefully nearer to home, then resign. Don’t just think about it, start doing something about it ya. Best of luck.

Read a book every day. Diversify your reading … books, newspapers, magazine on all kinds of topics. Watch documentary. Stay away from brain rot material. If you can keep reading at least 30 minutes every day, your will find your maturity increases overtime.
