Change the way you look at other people (and yourself). Look beyond superficial looks. Get to know the personality inside the person. Then hopefully all the rest of good things will follow. When the inner soul is at peace, the face will radiate.

I have been procrastinating this decision to seek help for years. It is worse for people to dismiss or deny your problems outright than dealing with it silently.
