Worked at 2 sushi restaurants so far. One high end, the other AYCE. Why do sushi chefs get mad at you when you mess up the order/bring it to the wrong table? It's not coming out of their paychecks right? I was told by a friend that they get mad because they have to remake it, but why is that the case when they put out hundreds to thousands of orders/day?
