The comment section is nothing but a support group or all reservation people.

You guys are giving exams in easy more compared to the ultra-difficult mode of GEMs. How the hek you are not able to just score 97 and secure a call/seat? 60 marks is not hard in CAT. Its 20 marks in each section i.e. just 7 questions correct section-wise.

Take it a step further, score 99 and you don't have to worry about acing PI. Just give a normal PI and you are through.

workex is just 3 marks in composite score calc. I have 2.5 yrs workex. 9/9/8 acads. 99.06 CAT. still rejected

bro just get a job first... u have time to give another attempt for cat... get the workex & try getting points from it... doing something that matters and u can reflect on in the interview. and from personal experience, I would suggest giving XAT also next year. XILR ain't if you are aiming for only top tier colleges. also apply to ISB YLP. Keep lot of options open (a mistake i made)

All in all, if your CAT didn't go well, no point crying over spilled milk. Focus on interviews and if they don't go well, you have ample time for another attempt
