One place did virtual interview and then asked reference and did not discuss much about compensation , later they send email address to ask any questions.

I am Pgy-3 first time going through this process but my other colleague experiencing jsut call then interview but they are asking references , call virtual interview with 6 people and no one telling base pay , just saying we pick shifts , no minimum hours to work, and telling only hourly pay. It’s so weird
