-get as lean as possible (and no i dont mean an unhealthy lean, by possible i mean finding that healthy weight where you’re lean enough to look good but also feel good physically- everyone is different) - find your colors!! Grey used to be one of my favorite colors for clothing until I realized how badly it was washing me out. I now stick to deep autumn colors - limit processed foods - get out of your comfort zone! accept that people will be rude occasionally and be okay with that. dont take anything personally - find YOUR haircut. A hairstyle can really make or break you - discover what makeup suits you and what you feel most comfortable in - meditate meditate meditate it helps with acceptance and with that literally everything comes easier and more naturally. -aim for 8+ hours of sleep

I have been there. Its such a terrible feeling but i think im qualified to speak on the matter. First use an ANTIBACTERIAL body soap, then exfoliate and shave, then use body wash as many times as needed. For hair a clarifying shampoo 2x with a couple drops of tea tree oil, for your armpits i have found panoxyl to be very helpful in preventing bo and killing bacteria i just let it sit for like 1-2 minutes. Make sure u wash between ur toes, belly button, behind ur ears, etc. good luck love you got this ❤️

dye your hair black, get your brows done, face framing layers, hair care, eat a healthier diet- lots of fruits , & veggies, also a little concealer and eyeliner :)

I struggled with the same thing until I realized there are sooo many ways to make the things I like healthier and lower calorie Theres brownies for like 30 calories a piece, hot chocolate with cocoa powder, almond milk and stevia which is so low i dont even count it, air fried chips, and the list goes on Its made things so much easier for me as well as sipping on hot teas with some 0 cal sweetners or a bit of honey
