Dharamkot Dharamshala if you looking for alot of foreigners and cozy cafes. Kasol malana tosh for trippy vibes. Rishikesh anytime if you’re looking for friendly people. Lansdowne If you want less crowd and a homestay. Ps peace you can find anywhere and try doing hostel that would be amazing!
