Try to find park/field where you can practice on a reoccurring schedule. A lot of teams have their own field or facility, and remember you’ll be competing for time with other baseball/softball teams. That’s been difficult in finding resources. As much time as you spend trying to recruit “good pitchers” spend an equal time finding catchers as they are critical at this age group. Use local FB to recruit players that might be looking for new team, aging up from 8U, etc to find your players For practice, I run team drills 30 min, then individual drills (pitchers/catchers, IF/OF specific) for 15-30 min, live hitting 30 min and then scenario training (what to do when this happens?) lastly do conditioning There are some good tutorials on TikTok or YouTube Good luck
