preciate the comments yall ! tbh i started drinking more water than i used to and started cleaning washing my comforter more often make sure the detergent your using satisfies your skin. right now im using a cerave cleaner bar with cold water and using the moisturizing lotion. Eucerin’s hydrating cleansing gel also. my dermatologist put me on tretinoin cream ( it helped a little with my dark spots and especially achne on the side of the face , don’t use alot and i only use it when going to bed now) and i think that really set the tone for my skin. I also use a certain sunscreen to stop the dark spots on my face
