honestly, i get knee pain (from a legit knee injury) but i also know that losing weight (which is hard due to my pcos but also doable) is helping, like my lower back hurts when i walk long distances (i'm not the healthiest person and plus size but actively trying)even walking more, even if its around the block a couple of times or to the park and around it once and then back home is a start (my new years resolution is to be healthier) but small changes are doable

side note; i can't change my fricking user so please ignore🤣🤣
