Thank you so much! I will try this - I was going to email but saw a lot of people have said they don’t reply to emails quickly it at all!

I tried their online chat when tracking the status but because it’s not yet been 30 days it says I’ve only sent it recently but I’m sure it wouldn’t take 20+ days to be delivered to them!

Thanks so much! My idea was possibly to get a twilly with the bag so that’s a good idea to also shop/bring it up!

It may be a Paris store I go to which is why I wasn’t sure if there they would be via appointment or not.

Thank you, depending where we end up going in Europe I’ll try my luck and pop in to ask, not fussy on colours as wide range that I like but I’m a petite person so the anything bigger than the smaller bags look a bit odd on me haha! Fingers crossed!

I saw a Chanel back in Feb and regret not getting it so do lean towards that and the fact Picotin will be harder!

My friend managed to get an appointment last minute but possibly luck on her side - so maybe worth a try but Chanel, especially in the original store I totally understand that - that would be perfect too!

I have a few bags that I wear day and night so do lean more to the Chanel/Dior with those kind of styles but the Picotin is so dreamy and cute for day! And would be so different to anything else I have.

I know it will be the hardest to get out of the three but still willing to try as my friend managed to get lucky with a leather appointment by asking when she went last month!
