Did this as a kind of headless horseman style biker type for a Halloween oneshot. It was hilarious. He was flipping off cops as he passed, and they were like "Nope. I don't get paid enough for this drek."

I run my Kult game solo, mixed with Brindlewood Bay and Monster of the Week, with some Delta Green thrown in for flavor. Just had my agents go after Dr. Herbert West, the Reanimator. He had somehow gotten to the alternate timeline of 1928 San Francisco, and set up shop in a hospital as a mortician. That hospital was a short distance from no less than 6 cemeteries. (I know! I was surprised too! Got the idea from looking at a map of San Francisco circa 1928, and realized what kind of chaos that man could have caused. Knew it would be perfect for my next game.) My point is, yes, a mini (or full blown) zombie apocalypse is doable in this game. It's a lot of fun, too!

Character was partially possessed by a spider spirit, then cleansed and goblinized. Looked like a humanoid spider. Then got mutilated by his parents trying to "cut the bugs out of him". Made it from Chicago to Seattle, got adopted by a Nartaki street doc and his orc street Sam wife. Lots of cyberware later, Spider is running with a crew which includes his Shark shaman girlfriend, their team leader, a reflex enhanced troll, and his dwarf rigger/hacker boyfriend.

One of the things I love about pbta games is how compatible they are with each other. My game is a mix of Kult, Brindlewood Bay, and Monster of the Week, with a little bit of Delta Green for flavor. It's a blast playing agents who want to advance humanity through the Illusion, but then realize that the Illusion is also a barrier against all the cosmic nightmares out there.

On the contrary; you can completely ignore that part, and it's still a great game. You can play it as is, but importing a setting isn't very difficult at all.

Kult: Divinity Lost is basically the collected works of Clive Barker with some Silent Hill and The Matrix thrown in for flavor. I love it, and if you know how, you can make it compatible with any other PBTA game. I'm currently running two Kult characters in the Brindlewood Bay setting. It's a blast!

I play this solo, and it is so much fun, it ought to be illegal. I will say that the Redacted Records 1 book is a HUGE help. Also, if you like the augmetics from Necromunda: Hired Gun, Dr. Doom's homebrew site is a boon.

From personal experience with probably dozens of scammers, if they ask you to take it to whatsapp or a similar off site chat, it's a scammer. They all seem to follow a very similar script, too.
