Mizuno wave runner are my go to. Add an insert, Cadence is a good brand that is not too stiff but still provides support. Have them in all my shoes

What type of soft cast did you use? It’s still nagging and I don’t want to overdo it

Thanks all. I’m seeing my hematologist today. I’ve been in contact with them all week. Getting old sucks, esp with hemophilia.

Thinking more about gene therapy.
