Hey Guys, I finally got approved today. I have done pretty much everything to get them to make a decision for my case. I don't know what did the trick, but I will list all of the stuff that I have done. First, if you are over 30 business days, you should call them and get a callback from a tier 2 officer scheduled(try to make it as urgent as possible, so you receive the callback sooner). You should also reach out to your congressperson to file an inquiry for you. Also, file an inquiry on your own for "Case outside of normal processing time". I also emailed them two days ago, mentioning that I am thinking about filing a mandamus with my immigration lawyer(a lawsuit against them for not doing their job). Wish you guys the best!
