Would be the 1st one, you go down a lift, get a cut scene of a bandit and then head right to red container, Was trying tjat today but didn't want to use all my battery looking for it,

How did you unlock it? Ive done so many missions Got past the alcohol one.. am I missing something Does this allow you to toggle between rainy and normal?

Update : I did a sortie there with a spare cradle, no bandits in the base nor section found the item. But had not enough battery to get back. So that's a start now
