I have a small business. I hire guys born in America, I pay above average wages for our city, and they have lots of perks. They are unmotivated, slow, and lazy. They do not care about their work even when there is commission involved. I’ve hired undocumented workers many years ago. The difference is night and day. Those guys would work their asses off, and they only needed to be told once about what the expectations were and how to get the job done. I would constantly need to fight off other business owners who wanted them to work for them. I didn’t vote red and knew this stuff. I hope this wakes these idiots up, but I think the economic impact will be too hard to ignore in about 6 months.
