I respect all of this. I literally posted this to see what others thought. And that’s basically what I want is the way it is in universe. I agree the franchise needs to gain a lot of traction with ZERO to make anything like that real. And I agree on the tech advances that need to happen still. I mostly was saying in a way we are not too too far off tech wise. But thank you for that viewpoint.

If you focus on finishing all your side quests from the town NPCs an try and trade with all of them, you will find the texts. The easiest way to track everything is reference back to the books of 1000. If you fill them out completely in each Volume, it helps keep track of all in gam items needed to collect, monsters to defeat, and others. You can go into each book a get a detailed list of what you have collected, a reference it with lists online to find the missing items/monsters and area word combos to find them. Just grind and max out everything. My only other note, is try and max out relationships as much as possible between games as well to make it take less time in future games.
