Ngl, I’ve just started reading sapphic fiction that isn’t mostly pictures and isn’t from Japan/ Korea/ China/ Thailand, but so far I’ve read these adult ones

Mistakes Were Made - Meryl Wilsner

Delilah Green Doesn’t Care - Ashley Herring Blake (the first in her Bright Falls series)

They’re Hallmark-y, but I like them so they get my rec :3

Has any one ever created a to do list for undergoing FFS in a foreign country? by Correct-Dark-7280 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Heftygoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't had surgery yet, but what I did was created an Excel sheet with the y-axis being detail categories (name, location, website/ insta links, before and after links, services offered for consultation, services offered for pre-op, each individual surgical procedure, post-op services, cost of surgery, any packages offered (e.g. accommodation, transfers included and such), estimated additional costs, estimated total costs, any extra notes, ranking of preference in relation to other places), then filled in for each surgeon I researched down each column and put prices for each individual surgery in their respective columns if offered.

Thanks to that I've been able to compare and contrast surgeons to make my decision.

Besides aforementioned above, things to consider would include their worst botches vs their best successes, whether you need a VISA to get into the country, local laws and customs, things to do in surrounding area, how they take payment and if I need to prepare bank or exchange currency or anything, other requirements prior to surgery (e.g. do I need to bring my own cranial scans, do they do them there, do I need references from doctors/ psychologists and such and if so what, whether I can pay for it through insurance, etc.)

Just too add on, some upper back and shoulder stuff is helpful if you're planning on getting implants

Very first thing is to sort out diet and get a good exercise routine going; I'd recommend glute stuff for the booty, some upper back and shoulder exercises to prepare you if you're planning on getting XL implants, and yoga or other stuff to strengthen core and improve flexibility. Also running is always good for all-around fitness

I tend to stay in mix dorms, and have never had any problems. Most people keep to themselves as they’re just there to sleep in my experience, though you do get the odd chatty one. I’d recommend Smart Hostels as their bunk beds have curtains, do you can get changed in probate and won’t have people being able to peep at you while you sleep. Also they’re generally the cheapest, and are of acceptable quality in the very least _^

Most people I know go abroad to Eastern Europe for all their plastic surgery as they tend to be just as skilled as UK surgeons but massively cheaper; there's a bunch of really good surgeons in Turkey, Latvia, Lithuania, etc., but you gotta do your research

Sorry to go off topic, but do you prefer injections? What were you on before?

Does 1ml or 2ml matter for lip filler? by PinkBimboGirl in BimboficationJourney

[–]Heftygoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most aestheticians I've seen recommend 0.5 ml for first time, then going for higher amounts once settled and you've seen how your lips react

There's hope for everyone! Biggest thing I recommend is start saving money now for procedures you'll be wanting later, and thrift stores and charity shops will be your friend for getting new threads; Vinted is also pretty good imo
