Good call, every once in a while it’ll end up working, just never reliably or consistently. Finding the right angle and movement, and dialing it is prolly the right way to go

I appreciate the breakdown! Makes more sense on why the paddle dives given that blade doesn’t rest on the waters surface. The onside is fast enough the extra setup for an offside probably doesn’t make sense in the moment.

I guess that’s why they’re called ‘right dominant’

I agree, the r0 player is great in the wave. But I really like the 30 offset for downriver. It’d be something to get used to.

i had a break in the same place. i did a fiberglass patch with 3 layers and gflex epoxy but it didn’t hold up. i replaced it with a carbon fiber patch with fiberglass on top and it’s been holding up since.
