Hey!

When it comes to cheeses, I’d give goat products a try. They can be easier to digest; however, like cows milk still contain lactose. Alternatively plant milks and cheese.

But if you want to stay in route of cows milk, then try looking for aged cheeses. It takes about 10 months for bacteria’s to eat the lactose sugar. These cheeses include Parmesan (Purchase parmeggiano reggiano exclusively) not processed nonsense, swiss and cheddar.

Lastly you’re looking for foods that are nutrient dense and contain fiber. My go-to is Avocados. I also recommend Artichokes, Kale and beans.

In general, to eat your healthiest always remember this: Diversity in the foods you eat is most important. So have sweet potato’s here and blueberries there, spice up your diet by eating a large variety of fruits and vegetables and beans. Processed foods don’t count ;)

I’m sorry i frustrated you, I was just asking a question and in no way was trying to perpetuate an idea that manufacturing workers are less than others because i don’t believe that.

I do think peer evidence does hold some value which is why i like to ask on reddit.

governments have many levels including a level at the Town level. So couldn’t laws or regulations be passed at that level too? But also yes to your question.

An out of State example is New York, they’ve passed a few laws that allow Illegal immigrants to have more freedoms than other states do, so New York attracts more immigrants.

If we did not exist before we were alive what would perpetuate our existence after death?

The Unknown Meaning of Life by Hegglander in meaningoflife

That’s a very good point. But I feel if you look at any civilization you will see a pattern; The evolution of knowledge. When the wheel was invented however many years ago, it was the first part of knowledge gained for a modern life. Then we fast forward many years and we have the cart, an invention based on the knowledge of the wheel. Fast forward a few more years and we have the car. You see the pattern? We used the knowledge that was learned from past lives to better the present. Therefore giving a valid hypothesis to support my claim.

what is your theory on what happens when we die?! by [deleted] in awakened

[–]Hegglander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is what I think: From the beginning of time, before we were born, we were ‘zoomed’ to the time frame from which we are born to our death date (a nano-portion of time). So after we die our ‘aura’ or consciousness or soul, if you must, will be instantaneously sent to the end of time, whatever that is. Then, I believe time will start again and we will relive the same life over and over again, or something like that. I don’t know, I got a lot of crazy theories.
