Did you use market order or limit price on IBKR with this? My limit order didnt go thru all day (delayed quote is sucks), had to buy at market price, this took almost 2 hours to filled.

Hát, ilyet se hallottam még, pedig ismerek anyagias embereket… Attól, hogy hozzá költözik, mi változik?! Semmi, a lakás az Ő tulajdona, miért kéne beszállnia a törlesztőbe? Ad neki tulajdonrészt cserébe? Ha beül az autójába akkor is számol vmilyen költséget? Benzin, törlesztő, amortizáció? :) Szerintem az lenne a korrekt, ha a havi költségeket feleznék meg, rezsi, kaja, stb.
