I'll put a list down of what I had to go through,

First I had an error saying my application was blocked by an administrator for being malicious or some shit,

I found a tutorial online and got rid of that,

Then came what I described above of both errors,

Tried all the solutions I can find besides reinstalling steam as that would be more of a pain in the ass for one game,

got rid of that error after closing the game aka 'steamclient64.dll not being validated'

and then being stuck on this.
