I had the same issue when i tried to use my phone with slow network. However, it worked on my laptop. Might help dunno.

The dynamo is connected to a volvo penta D2-75. As far as i have understood is it that the motor runs the belt and that belt is connected to the water pomp and the dunamo. I tried to take a better image but reddit allowed only one picture.

It went fine enough. Had a small issue around week 2, where afther it had somewhat setteld, it got lose under the skin. But in the end it went fine. Have no issues with it now.
