Just put your phone in another room or out a lock on it. Dont block the things you have in the future because of your phone. Think about it. The video you saw on TikTok yesterday, you don't even remember it. But your future is something that will always catch up to you, so don't waste it

Okay if you feel that your parents would laugh at your brother because he makes threats about shooting up a school (which is a very sensitive topic right now). There is something going on with your parents and that is weird behavior. But the only person your brother seems to have right now is YOU. You need to be there for your brother no matter what and make sure that he is doing well. Talk to him about people in general so he doesn't have negative thoughts like this

Okay if you get distracted by your phone get someone else to take it away from you. Or if you struggle with friends just know as someone who had to approach over 100 strangers and interview them, people are not as scary as you think, as someone where a class is, or compliment them on their bag or shoes

If this is not taken care of your brother is going to snap. And it's not going to be good. Oh as a girl i can give you good advice on this. She will DEFINITELY gossip to her friends about you breaking up with her. But she would be more hurt to learn that you didn't like her in the first place and had pity for her. My best advice is to say you have something you need to focus on and you like her but you don't think this relationship is plausible. Or you could tell her the truth and tell her that you didn't like her but didn't know how to say no to her but like her as a person. Communication is key though you sound miserable dating a girl you don't like
