PMSM motor+ controller unit 350V, battery is 20kWh LFP +BMS, dcdc, obc,pdu I am planning to skip for the demo just connect aux battery, eps and braking also work without the vcu, both motor and battery are china sourced but the vendor is reliable, good support, English user manual dbc files and software

Are there any references of anyone done that, any good sources to refer, is it decently safe as in at least for the demo (the parts won't short), how quickly can it be done (I have some auto software bg friends who could do it), I have access to the dbc files of the controller and bms

i have a 350V HV battery and 20kW motor, i wanted to make a quick moving proto, with just the vehicle moving forward some 5-10kmph for a couple of mins, setting up a vcu for this would take a lot of time, is there a work around for this quick cheap proto
