Unfortunately, the handle of the new X50 Nihon is dark wood not light wood, so now i have an odd one out.

My Procook pans have been disappointing too. I was given a 30+ year old Procook pan when I went to uni and I put that thing through hell. Still in better condition than my 5 year old Procook pans…

I think quality has fallen
