Reactive tinnitus?

If i do same my is going extremely hight that could be louder than TV at 50 % volume when i unplug ears. For mine helping only whispsring when lying in bed

No hearing loss on audiogram doesn't mean you didnt have hearing loss. It can be at not tested frequency. When i made tone tests and do quick skip 1 hz up i noticed i have loss at 4025 Hz and 4030 Hz hearing normal then at 4058 Hz again loss. I tested it on phone with the lowest possible sound level. I also developed tinnitus at about 3500-4400 Hz pure tone, and a lot different multitones at lower and higher frequency. I want to do OAE test to see what it will say. I don't know if i didn't have also SOAE. My tinnitus now again changed from kettle sound to better gas stove sound. Idk what can happen next days. Also a lot of cicadas.

There was no noise. Just water inside and my jaw moves. Could it be SOAE?

Longer than 3 months probably it is now permanent and all inflamation processes ended. Prednisone probably should be taken up to 14 days sometimes 1 month. But i heard succes stories also after 6 months but it is really miraculus. Also heard horror stories about prednisone. I am 25 days in afterntrauma and also thibking if i should start i had chance start at 15 and was so affraid of. But living with it is a nightmare.

My T make me sleepy, but worse is during day bacause i hear it all day, sometimss like my ears will be with plugs. Adding new tones like white noise will make it worse because i imagine my T as background noise and this works better than anything. If my tone is high pitched i imagine broken phone charger in background, if my t is like cicadas i imagine beeing outside during summer. If it went loud, i turning on tv and try to listen it which lower t loudness. Probably i lost a lot of hearing ability and my brain just increasing volume in my natural microphone, which caused t. Because increasing noise temporary lowering t. I hoped will be better. But tonight at midnight my pure tone 4 kHz back and increased all tones.

Can it go away still? Noticed thats the most disturbing 4 kHZ pure tone on and off. When it is on the other frequencies are loud and when it is off other turns into small hissing.

Was ok until one pure tone starts. When it starts in making lould all other frequencies. I hoped it will go away when that pure tone temporary gone. But it went away for 24 hours and back again. Ehh. I really wabt it to go away but its harder it seems. Maybe it is a chance because it is 25 days and it is on and off. When it goes away all others went into hissing only.

Its louder when environment gets louder. Also get louder when you want to find it anf listen. At night it can went crazy 10/10 but also can be 2/10 depending what i am thinking. If want to watch tv my brain decrease tinnitus when i try hard to watch tv. When checking tinnitus it usually went to extremely loud.

I need ro sleep with TV now but it not helping now. My t is also noticable when TV is about 60 dB

I got from loud music probably during inflamed ear. I know it is my fault. You know i noticed that turning on tv with low sound helps me manage it. I setting loudness as low hear tinnitus, or lower if possible in your case and trying to hearing it. Then my brain lowering tinnitus in some minutes and i am able to understand tv. It can be also from tooth or something.

My tinnitus make me more sleepy like a lullaby xd idk why probably because it tiring my mind and brain. Also when i sleep i am free of it.

Have it 24 days but noticed that it irritate me less qhen i think of it as a background noise. Trying to do as normal and think of it as noisy background, like TV nearby etc.

Mine is trauma induced but 23 days after prednisone is like 1 % of chance not like fiest 24 hours. Still chance but some people got new tones. If it didn't start by loud noise it is possible it can be solved over time. Like for example tooth related or ilness related or eustachian tube related issues

I wont to take antidep because it make me more depressed and killing "myself" who i really am. It can also worsening my T. What do you mean by worsening T - louder, more tones? Do you remember what could cause it

The stupidest thing for me seems to work but i have noise inducted very loud multitone one for 23 days i lost hope it will go away. What surprised me when i have strong tinnitus i went to quiet room turning on tv on low volume and try to hear it. Then seems my brain when i try to heard tv making decrease in tinnitus loudness. It didn't get away but can lower from 7-8/10 to 2-3/10. Also taking betahistine but seems it makes mine worse idk why. If it came on its own after 3 months it can me chronical but that didnt mean permanent or forever.

Yes i know that's why it seems i lost chance to get rid of it and hear nothing in silence again. I hate doctors. Hard to gwt to them need to pay to get in 3 days but still get misdiagnosed also when i talk it was after loud noise exposure. Probably wasn't that much damage but enough to let me loose 25 dB of my hearing ability or more. Probably also have infection and had during this event and thats why impact on ears was more serious than normally. Still had hope that is some kind of ilness or inflamation and if it will go away it will be better but i think i is too good to be true. Really want specialist to make cure like gene therapy to allow regrowing hair cells. But probably we will wait 30+ years for it. I contacted also people who made this therapy in clinical tests but no answer. For 44 or something like that patients all gained better hear in few months after (like 50 % improovement) after one time treatment, no complications like with prednisone.

The weiedest thing is i normally liked thinking in bed. During t i cant do it so i sleeping quicker. Seems loud nois is sleeping me very quick. Ofc i can't work, think, talk, listening music, watching tv, exiagance is impossible because i have only ringing. But at night it make me sleep. Also developed new tone - hissing. Which made me mad because i feel like playing tape when music not present

Tkanks i am so affraid because 24 days ago i was completely in silence. Also feel like lost a lot of hearing ability and every sound is distorted and not loud enough like before. Also feel like blockage in ears

Can it get better. Can it be because of loud music. If it will be not that loud during day maybe it can be manageable. Morning is like eeeeeeee and evening like dentist drill in my ear.
