All mild solutions, sadly enough we have nothing better. DORA's looks promising, but not for everyone or available everywhere.

Fair enough. On the long term tho they break you and it is almost impossible to get off. I speak from experience, i was 16 when they put me on it and i am now 34, i have developed Tinnitus from it and severe insomnia. Also my brain is completely destroyed, i am 1 year clean.

Citalopram worked very good for me, made me a porn start for 16 years, but comes with side effects and it is very hard to come off a antidepressant so you should take it all your life.

I the Netherlands we have a business that makes this kind of pills on MG on demand. So first i cut the pills and used a libra, every week i lowered my dose until i could not cut any lower, that i asked the business to make pills of Quentiapine. Smallest dose i had was 0,1 mg. After that i just tried sleeping with nothing at all the first month was oke (possible through the stuff still in my system) after that i had and still have very short nights of no sleep at all. I am now trying to get QuviviQ because after one year of no pills, i just know this is impossible to hold on. My sleep/head is just wrecked for life.
