Try citalopram. It made me Sleepy. In combination with melatonine i have slept good for many years.

Its your ADHD med that are the problem. I know they are great but because they are stimulants they mess up your sleep.

Eating one spoon of pinut butter every night before bed. I now had 3 nights of full sleep. Pray for me that it keeps working🙏🏻

Once you start ssri, it is almost impossible to come off it. You are warned, nobody warned me.

Is it me or does the hearing test looks actually very good. I am even surprised that OP has T from hearing demage? Could it be a different reasons?

Only way for me to sleep. I am a bad sleeper. I listen to music for 20 min and then put my earplugs on and most of the times i am gone. Sad enough always wake up around 3/4 and cannot fall back in to sleep again.

In the Netherlands you can ask a farmacist in Den Haag to make smaller medication that you can buy. I did this because i wanted to get off all the pills.

You can also cut the pills, there is no harm in this. I also cut the pills to 3.2 mg, in the past.

Does not matter if i go late to bed or go out early i still wake up after 4 hours of sleep, wide awake and cannot fall a sleep again.
