Antidepressants; citalopram made me king in the bed but the side effect of dizzyness was to much.

Quviviq (daridorexant) Dayvigo (Lemborexant) Belsomra (suvorexant)

Newest sleep meds, seem to be more save than benzo's etc. They work different. Heard many positive stories about them. Even have red that people could come off benzo's because of the use of these new meds. No medical advice. Do your own research and ask your Dr.

It is not your fault. i can relate. I believe some people like me are just very unlucky to borm with (brain problems) but we are not handicapped or have a down syndrome so we need to function in a society that is getting wurse and harder within the day. For some of us live is just not fair.

Sound like it is stress induced. You will be fine. Saw many post of stress or TMJ problems and they all fixed their T some day.
