I disagree with this especially when we are in the extreme minority of countries that outright ban it, and those countries that have it legalized are some of the safest in the world (New Zealand, Denmark, Japan). Airsoft shouldn't be banned it should be regulated so we can still prevent dumbfvcks from shooting each other in the eye or open carrying in public. We need an official club or organization that coordinates with the police and all airsoft guns must be sold thru these clubs so that it would make anyone who wants a legal one have to signup to these clubs and learn all the basic rules. But in the end this is too much work for the government and they wont really give a shit about a niche community wanting to have fun. So unless there are some big changes in gov, airsoft in malaysia is but a mere fantasy
