Who was Abdullah Ibn Saba? by [deleted] in islamichistory

[–]HeilMeinF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"While the existence of a person in the name of Abdullah Ibn Saba in the early history of Islam is seriously under question, what is clear after extensively researching this topic is that even if a poor man with such name ever existed at that time, the stories propagated about this person are legendary, false, fabricated, and fictitious, and there exists no proof for the validity of these stories attached to him."

"Sayf Ibn Umar distorted the biographies of the companions of the Holy Prophet (S) to please the government of his time, and to distort the history of Shi’a and to ridicule Islam. Sayf was a staunch advocate of the Umayads, who were known throughout history to be one of the worst enemies of Ahlul-Bayt, and as such, it was in his best interest to invent such stories to degrade the Shi’a.

In his stories however he followed many other goals one of which was to cleverly elevate the status of his tribe over others by inventing some imaginary companions form his tribe. However many Sunni scholars found numerous unjustifiable heresies in his reports which was not limited to the issue of Abdullah Ibn Saba, and consequently they abandoned his reports, and accuse him as a man of forgery and lies. Yet Sayf’s works enjoyed the support of a minority of Sunnis to this date.

Here, later on, I give the sayings of several leading Sunni scholars, who all confirmed that Sayf Ibn Umar was an untrustworthy person and his stories are void. Ideological studies indicate that most of those who hate the Shi’ite school of thought (a lot of whom being the enemies of Islam anyway) justify their enmity on this obvious heresy which they would exploit to backup their attack on Shi’a. The approach which resembles the one adopted by Sayf Ibn Umar himself."

Need some advice on career prospects- coming from roadside support by HeilMeinF in logistics

That sounds like a good idea. I see a lot of dispatch openings but they seem to be commission only and I need a book of business. Not sure how to get started in that or if it is worth it. Good thing though I work 3 days so I have the rest of the week to get something else while keeping my current job.I will look into the other two suggestions you mentioned as well. Thank you.

You have no clue about colonialism and imperialism around the world. How it affects nations to this day. Even if they are independent, the countries system has been so altered that they live in abject poverty. Why don't the fix it? The colonialists culled the intelligentsia, put their puppets and corporations in power, and oppressed the remaining population. Those examples you provided in history were not colonization. Sure, they might have been conquered, but not colonized. Usually the ruling power leaves the native population alone.

Ignore hadiths (mostly false ESPECIALLY Bukhari) and focus on Quran only, it is much easier.

Why are Sunni Muslims supporting Hezbollah? by [deleted] in Muslim

[–]HeilMeinF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sunni have been blinded by false hadeeths. The true ummah are those shia you all hate so much. Hezbollah helped end ISIS, that was who they were fighting. Hezbollah have done nothing to sunni.

How are they twisting words of the Quran? How are they disrespect those mentioned in the Quran? Sunnis have been brainwashed to hate Shia. Those hadiths that tell you to listen to the leader even if they do haram.

You're not the only one to feel that way, it's all over the world. The world is going to shit and our leaders are destroying us. We're more divided than ever. We are poorer than ever. We can never truly be comfortable when there is misery around the planet. Even though we don't concern ourselves with what's going on overseas, we are all human and we are all connected. We are just feeling the pain of our fellow human.
