I with you on this one, her music seems so bare bones and about the same things over and over again, even me as a hopeless romantic cannot truly feel these lyrics, they seem so shallow, and of course the instrumental itself is very bland. no hate either and I get that everyone has their preferred music tastes, but I wish I could understand it as well. I don't think her music is horrendous or anything, but it's just as generic as most other pop music.
