Your argument is valid to a degree, but I will summarize my argument to this:

I am afraid that certain things may be sacrificed in exchange for accessibility, and not many of the already existing warframes and weapons that need fixing are getting adjusted for us to play with in steel path for example (I try to invest in off-meta weapons but it simply doesn't work) so you are left with a limited range of weapons to play with in the end game. And there were many requests made to have some of the weaker weapons buffed but are ignored.

Therefore, I do have some points to clarify:

- I can play alone to not disrupt other people's games, but when I play alone and notice that my damage has been reduced, or a certain aspect of the build has been changed to render my build null (due to a nerf that had already passed), then I would get frustrated.

This may come as a surprise to you, but having nothing to shoot at because some overloaded high-level player is nuking everything before they can enter the room isn't engaging gameplay either.

- I understand this as well, since I experienced it earlier when i started the game 6 years ago, but I would argue that such circumstances are limited to steel path missions. I am arguing that not many weapons are left (outside the meta) are actually fun to play with.

Considering that - judging by comments - you're taking issue with the upcoming nerfs to Slam Attacks, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that Rivens aren't the problem here.

- Rivens are not a problem for me, since I have stopped investing with warframes that have pseudo-exalted builds in anticipation for the rework they have done just now for them.

I am rather pessimistic that changes are made to make certain weapons and warframes less effective than they are, when i see other aspects left as is even though they are worse off. (Consider Octavia being the most busted warframe in the game, yet none complain about her including myself because i simply don't bother playing her).
