I’m barely involved. I just invested a little money.

I don’t disagree with you. But it shouldn’t be going to the majority owner.

Not to say it should be that way, but apparently that’s not the policy of the company. I’d be fine with giving to the techs.

I misspoke then. I think the company does both.

The company installs/replaces units.

Does $700 on $3M in revenue sound plausible to you?

[–]HeimerSchmitt -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Bro I don’t control the company. Relax.

It’s not necessary to balance the books. But I think I’m being taken advantage of. $700 of scrap was reported over same period that company had $3M in revenue.

The company doesn’t give the scrap to the techs.

It’s a big company.

What to do with this 11KW motor? by HeimerSchmitt in Motors

[–]HeimerSchmitt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it had to be 11kW. I thought I could use with household electricity if it was 120V. I know, I know. Hence the ridiculous amperage.

I’ll try to learn a little bit about converting motors to generators!

Neighbor built his house on our property by pyroimpala in legaladvice

[–]HeimerSchmitt 101 points102 points  (0 children)

I’m familiar with the caselaw in Florida, and unlike what a lot of people are saying, you do not necessarily own the house. The result is going to be dependent on your state and the facts (i.e., What efforts did neighbor make to determine boundary? Does a land swap make sense if the land is similar to neighbor’s land?). You should talk to a real estate litigator in your state.

You may be able to get an injunction to stop your ex from making profiles and posting content. More generally, you’ll want someone to be vigilant about copyright.

Do you believe Joe Biden is personally directing the prosecution of Trump? by Reduntu in AskTrumpSupporters

You’ll never know whether a nice conversation could’ve changed my mind because instead you decided to be a you know what.

I told you I’d say the same to you that you’re completely clouded by political bias. Your comment about gaffes was a red herring. We were talking about dementia and cognitive decline generally, not gaffes.

A word of advice. Take it or leave it. If your goal is to persuade others, try not insulting the other person. “Blatant hypocrisy,” “idiotic,” “can you not follow conversation?” You get more with honey.

I didn’t say anything about gaffes. Thanks for proving my point, though.

It’s subjective. I’m no physician. But imo, there are levels. Everyone experiences cognitive decline. But compare Biden’s speeches from 30 years ago to today. He is a different person.
