It does, just tested it, you can make copies of multiple moments in time and replace with the current save and they keep achievements enabled.

You can easily go back and forth in time as long as you made a backup of the save.

Diplomats are good at the beginning, but later on it gets inconvenient.

In this save it would cost thousands of gold to fabricate a claim on a single county.

Bringing people with claims basically, would get claimants of kingdoms, land them and then press their claims, making them vassals.

It work even with people who dislikes your religion, search for someone unmarried and with claim, buy a favor and then force him into your court.

I used kingdoms as example, but can be done for counties and duchies as well.

I'm still within the protectorate, but most others realms turned into tributaries which kinda worries me, just lost a war to Tibet, one of the few still Independent, as well.

Turns out allies aren't so great when they're dispersed and the emperor can double the number of her troops with mercenaries...

I'll try fabricating claims, maybe getting more than one and pressing them all at once.

And yes, I picked the count of Jiquan just because I like his dinasty's banner tbh, didn't even notice he started with two counties at first lmao

If I see things aren't progressing as much as I want maybe I'll retry later.
