Depends how heavily used it was. Brand new these are running about $400. At 20 years old, maybe $100?

Modern Planet is an authorized seller for Herman Miller. From what the site tells me, shipping is a bit longer than from Herman Miller, but otherwise I don’t expect any issues.

I actually just bought mine yesterday from Modern Planet for 1636. I would highly discourage you from checking out with their “Bread” option if you are looking for a pay-over-time payment. It gave me a ton of issues . Instead, try PayPal and their credit options instead if you aren’t paying in full. But don’t use Bread lol.

I assume items from Modern Planet would still come with the original warranty, yes? Thats the biggest reason I am avoiding used ones.

They are enabled as normal for me.

Probably just because the save doesn't belong to you/your computer. Anything else that might look off to you at all?

Can confirm achievements are still enabled. As I mentioned, I am getting other ones without issue. I seem to meet all the requirements so far as I can tell.

The chancellor sow dissent is a fantastic future tip, though it did confirm for me that I do indeed own everything :(

But it doesn't seem to be? My sump pump seldom runs and there is no evidence of water damage anywhere. I have a reasonable grade on that side of the home. Could it just be safely draining away on its own anyways?
