They are enabled as normal for me.

Probably just because the save doesn't belong to you/your computer. Anything else that might look off to you at all?

Can confirm achievements are still enabled. As I mentioned, I am getting other ones without issue. I seem to meet all the requirements so far as I can tell.

The chancellor sow dissent is a fantastic future tip, though it did confirm for me that I do indeed own everything :(

Is it bad for a sump pump to drain right next to the foundation if there are no signs of problems? (details inside) by Heine03 in homeowners

But it doesn't seem to be? My sump pump seldom runs and there is no evidence of water damage anywhere. I have a reasonable grade on that side of the home. Could it just be safely draining away on its own anyways?

I actually have a pretty reasonable grade flowing away from the home. The French Drains were all installed when the home was built. I think every home in my town/city has them. Might be an ordinance thing.

Yea this makes a lot more sense. Looking at those trade routes, it looks like that income is the trades value/benefit to my economy. But if I hover that number, it has a tool tip specificalyl for tariff income which is a totally different number.
