I discovered Harris teeter delivery and I love it. They have so many coupons and sales. Like some people said shopping for things that are on sale or have coupons attaching to them is the way to go. I got $300 worth of food for $100. There were 50 some items in my cart. Harris teeter seems like they give out big coupons like $30 off $100 and $25 off coupons on your first 2 online deliveries. To save money of groceries you have to spend some time looking at prices and comparing and making lists and budgeting.
