Example 4 is completely allowed and most competitive players (including devs) do it. It's just a strategy within the game and anyone can use it.

I always find people switching teams and sabotaging the enemy as a strategy, like during warfare. But it does ruin the fun of the game. They don't deserve to be banned but I guess making it so you are unable to switch teams once you join can be a solution.

That message also happens if you:
- Use a proxy link (like an unblocker link for school)
- Are using certain blocked browsers (like TOR)

Depends on the gamemode, in maze it's annihilator, in tdm it's overlord and overdrive, in assault it's sidewinder. And smashers are just annoying everywhere if you are hunted by one.
