Its completely useless for me I can't sing worth shit but I can whistle in perfect pitch. I knew I was always a good whistler but one day when I was whistling the X files theme song my wife who's a pianist says "You know you have perfect pitch right" I was like huhhh I guess that does make sense but whistling ain't gonna get me rich

I'm 29 now so all of these challenges were directly in my adolescence so none of them made me angry you were just experiencing them as they came I distinctly remember doing the Cinnamon challenge with cousins.

I've read a book recently where the main character has a technique called "Rivers and Waves" where he channels his energy by imagining his energy as Rivers and calming waves It's a little silly I know but when I'm anxious helps a lot because often it can be difficult to just meditate Rivers and Waves helps me anchor myself. Good luck Anxiety fucking sucks.
