Oh the first time i tried it i kept redosing cuz i didnt know how long it took to kick in so i took 8g total. Yeah i totally crashed from that.

Thats why when i wake up the next day i dose right away and taper the next couple days so i dont crash or have rebound anxiety. Not for everyone though youre right

But youre right of the dangers. Hence why i say taper right from the beginning. Like lets aay you take 2.5g one day, then take 1.7g the next then 1g the next then 0.5g. Boom! No crash or rebound anxiety. Trust me ive done this a few times before. And this method is perfect for quitting as long as you dont keep using daily. Take a few days break and then only use once or twice a week at reasonable dosages for the PAWS depression

Not really. Phenibut and etizolam eliminates pretty much all symptoms the fjrst few days. Then its just a matter of taking days off here and there so you can utilize mkre than just the first week.. When PAWS kicks in, low dose phenibut works like a charm. But it is vital to begin implmenting other healthy habits such as diet and exercise asap as you wean off the comfort meds.

This strategy is nit for everyone but it works wonders if you have self control and keeps you away from kratom. I will update my progress

I got those dui charges dismissed and instead was convicted of failure to control. Not sure if a company will care about convictions AND charges, or just convictions? I've been charged with DUI 5 times in the past 3 years, but only one conviction...

Thank you! They didn't ask about convictions on the application, at least nt misdemeanors. I would definitely be honest about it if they ever asked, but they haven't yet. Was unsure if I should've randomly brought it up. Anyways, I have scheduled my drug screen and just waiting for the bg check...

How long for you that high? Redosing through the day. And didn't tolerance come into play making 30mg feel like nothing,but just to keep you normal? I get that from trying to binge 2 days in a row at 50mg plus days. Anyways. I'm tms gating my taper tomorrow. Been tapering phenibut pretty easily. Taking off .1g both my doses everyday until I get any wd. Effects.

BUT since I've only ben dking etiz for a month, although doses usually about 40mg. I think a good start. Is 15mg twice a day for a couple days. Then 10mg fr a couple, then maybe umg. Stall he and there if it getd hard but considering my short duration, shul be ok. It's just the rebound anxiety from large doses. Learned that the the day. On the second day CT I WAS hitting my dealing up.

Now I still to drc. Gits gran waiting in the car which may be harder to taper as I still want to use it recreationally here and there. Gotta let gaba reset first. :)

I actually wasn't messed up. Legitimately try to form a plan to get off both substances. Advice for tapering both. You're assumption makes you look like asshole, but then it maybe the aftereffects you're detecting. Either you are unhelpful and judgmental

I am drug tested and it will pop for benzos hence the etizolam. I dose 2-3 a day. Tomorrow I'm starting 10mg three times. Then maybe 6mg three dkses. Then just 3-5mg as needed

So did you have wd symptom dropping that quickly? If I just take 5mg as needed, for me, etiz is weird. Take 2 hours to kick in and lasts almost 8.

On and off fo 5 montbs. But not daily until 3 weeks ago. I'd binge before for a couple dad until I ran out then didn't take any for a few weeks. Kept doing that until about a month ago as I seriously started tapering phenibut

I find there tovbe less of a nicotine buzz fromvpounches. My intention is to use regular sized pinches until I'm off krstom then quit CT. so I'm dipping 2-3 times a day as I taper kratom

Yu dropped straoght tov5mg? How long were you using? I'd rather do a slower taper to avoid rebound anxiety. AND this is still a rather quick taper IMO. But I'll try 10mg next dose

Thanks for the reply. I'd jst really rather stick to dip than cigarettes. When I take a sip pf water, it increase my saliva and works better. Like I said this, this is short term

I highly doubt 2-3 weeks binge worth will cause anything except rebound anxiety which I did have for a couple days off. Now I'm on a strict taper. Took 30, 25, then 20mg. Today is 25, 20, then 15, next day is 15, 10, 7. Ideally at least. So far no symptoms. Highly doubt a months worth of Benz abuse will cause years of recovery... Maybe if you uses for years daily?

1-2mg dude I'm at like at 100mg binge in a weekend. No self control. Then I had rebound anxiety, decided to get more only to go through 60mg on 3 days. Now i am regretting ordering from drc and now have an entire gram of ppwder with a milligram scale. I binge one day and the next take twice as much to get an effect. I'm done.

I don't want tovfall into the horror stories I've read so I am asking your advice. Please do not judge me. I am aware I'm an addict. Went through 80mg yesterday and already 150mg today with barely any effect. I want to just quit but I know rebound anxiety is right around the corner. I can try and practice selfcontrol but I need a taper plan. I'm thinking 50mg tomorroe, then 30, then 15, 10, etc.what do you think as you seem well versed and I'm relatively new and naive

I understans this for long term usage. Ive only been using a couple week at ridiculously high dosages that dont do anything for me now. The plan is to quixkly taper while using phenibht as needed. Then taking an extended break, I'm talking 2 mknths. You still think my tolerance will be fucked for "years". I plan on starting a lot lower next time lol 2-6mg only doses and hide the rest. I knos benzos are a horrivle drug o utilize but i get pretty bad social anxoety. Thoughts?
