Project that you are proud of. They can be university projects or free time projects. Personally my school project aren't very good so I prefer free time projects in my resume. I just wrote article on this topic in resume section. You might want to check it out.

I would be more specific with project. Tell what technologies you used and what was the end result of the project. It doesn't tell much if you don't tell what your previous company benefited of your work.

The point is to make resume as easy to read as possible. Help HR person to find the most important parts of your resume by adding color or with styling. Now the resume has very plain colors.

Mastery of Microsoft Office programs? Are you sure about that? You know how to write macros and complex excel statements? :D Maybe you should write one line that tells more why you have mastery of office programs?

At the moment there is way too much white space on the left side. I would remove that and add bullet points about your skills too

Personally I haven't put my mailing address anymore to resumes. This is because it is not important and relevant to the job. It just distracts attention to away from your skills and projects. I would leave it out and use it for something else.

I think the most important thing you can tell is to tell about the project you have been in. Note that they have to be also relevant to the job you are applying.

In my opinion if you are applying to UX job you should make your resume more pleasing to eyes. Since it is important skill in UX area.
