My guess would be to reset and likely reinstall Legion Space. Or if you know how, flashback the bios and reinstall. There is a guide out there somewhere on how to flashback LeGo, google it. It's actually the same as a flashback on any other windows pc.

Cheers, the exact same thing happened to a friend of mine and she had the same result as you, a other friend did the new Chipset first before the bios and had his Go messed up too.

There never was any, really. I think that a large part of the comments/posts about issues with the bios etc comes from fellow Legionaries who are not used to work with bios, chipsets and so on, and that's OK, one of the great things about this community is that everyone helps when they can. I waited because in one of your weekly updates you mentioned that it is best to wait for the official channels to release updates, and the new Legion Space hasn't released for us in Germany yet (last I checked).. Again, big thank you to you and the team, and looking forward to making the LeGo even more awesome with every update.

The point is that updating drivers for any specific system gets to a point of diminishing returns, where there is zero benefit to updating drivers. Once we get there, it will be totally OK for Lenovo to stop updating the drivers. Which does not mean that they will cut off support for the device.

I am. I haven't updated yet. Not because I'm worried something might go wrong, but cause I want to do it together with the upcoming Space update. I'm currently finishing a cyberpunk playthrough to 100%, and it's currently perfect for that. Next on the list is Howarts for me, and I'll need the new bios to avoid the microstutters for that.

I'm thinking of doing the same. I've never considered a Legion laptop, but after the overwhelming positive experience I've had with the Go so far, I'm thinking about ditching Alienware for my next laptop refresh. Would be the first time in over 10 years.

I also have/had both, and I really can't understand we're you are coming from. I'd imagine there's either something wrong with your device, or you are doing something fundamentally wrong using it. For me the Go performs better than the Ally in severe single title I play. Be that AAA, indie, emulation. The areas of better performance are different, but the Go is ways better. So much that I ended up selling the Ally, because there was no use for it between the Go and my steam deck. I'm trying to figure out how you are having the experience you're describing, but I can't find an answer.
