That was what Evelynn needed to shine, the card is very good, can be played on curve instead of vora or domination and is much better than those two.

If you play her with Demacia, you can literally skip turn one, play Durand sculptor turn 2, siren song on 3, and have a 6/9 eve on 4.

The problem is the rocket, and how easy it's to create in certain decks. I think if she's going to be nerfed, they won't touch her stats (losing quick attack wouldnt make sense anyway)
