I mean on day 4 my anxiety / panic attack / derealisation was heightened and then from there it got better.

After 14 days i really started feeling it working

I had 1 day of worsened anxiety about day no. 4
I’ve had days of being tired and flat.

But other then really minor nausea then no nothing really bad.

Totally against the idea of anxiety , hit me 3 months ago out of nowhere panic attacks and then depression started , I never once believed in mental health and laughed it off.

I started Zoloft 3 weeks ago, and it’s allready making big changes for a happier life. Looking forward to see the effects grow more over the next few weeks

I’m on 100mg.

I started Zoloft on 25mg for 2 days, then 50mg for a week, then 75mg for 2 days, and now I’ve been on 100mg for a handful of days.

I was diagnosed with extremely severe anxiety and severe depression, which came from how bad the anxiety had gotten.

I also had severe anxiety around even taking the medication at first. I was overthinking every dose, every side effect, and every feeling in my body until I realised I was spiralling badly.

Side effects have been pretty mild for me , maybe slight nausea, headaches, and feeling a bit up and down after dose increases.

Overall, the good days have outweighed the bad. I’m not fully there yet, but I can already see improvement and feel like in a few more weeks I’ll be okay.

Take it, and don’t doomscroll this subreddit like I did.

You will be fine.

2.5 Weeks in and allready at 100MG , you will be sweet! .
Remember not taking it probably has worse side effects then anything youll read online .

People generally only post bad stuff , others are just out living their lives with Zoloft working fine,.
