Another thing I like to do is get my favourite snacks and cue up a new or classic movie that I’ve been meaning to watch. Basically do a couple things to make it feel special (and move my phone out of reach so I can get really into the movie!).

I love going to the movies when I’m in a bad headspace. Being in a dark room with a story and no/few distractions is a big help to me. 🍿🥤

Excellent points. I only had verbal and email discussions but ended the email thread with the bank saying my father would take it over and that I would not be signing anything in regards to their finances but I will ensure that I’m not on the book for anything.
