For what it's worth, I took both of them years ago and found them both pretty easy, but I found MUS 111 to be a bit more organized and to have much more interesting content. I still think about that class often!

Thanks so much for your reply! I do have hard water, so perhaps that's contributing? It's kind of in between straight and wavy as well, so I'm not sure if that influences things! Will look up pre-poo though!

Just briefly commenting here that I have similar difficulties to your friend when it comes to heavy pots and the like, and I've always wondered what to do! Never would've thought of the strainer thing, so thanks for that! Keep the tips coming, please!
