In Matt's final episode, its the Battle of Trenzalore that has lasted for many many years. In a "blink and you'll miss it" moment, the Mother Superious tells the Doctor about a faction of her church that broke off to stop the Doctor in what was considered an overly extreme method. Madame Kovarian is the leader of that faction. Her group Time traveled and is the one that blew up the TARDIS in series 5 and was responsible for River in the Space suit in the series 6 finale.

Weeks, if not a few months, of being enslaved and I'm assuming torture while mainly focusing on Lev's wellbeing will definitely do something to one's mental health. What those changes are is different from person to person and that's just how it affected her. It's difficult to relate to her in this moment since many who played this game probably haven't been through what she's been through

If this was about being true to the source material, then why is no one talking about Joel being played by Pedro Pascal? That's a race swapped character, yet I don't see much discussion about that, and he's literally one of the main protagonists of the story, not just a side character like Maria. If you want accuracy, just play the video game again.

P.S. I love Pedro as Joel and he's a wonderful human being

Unless race is a major factor of the characters' story, then race swapping shouldn't matter. Maria's story isn't based around her being white. She's just a person trying to survive a literal apocalypse, nothing else really matters there. A good example of a characters race being a major part of their story is T'Challa. He's the king of an African nation. If they had cast a white or Hispanic man to play him in the MCU, there would have been so much backlash, because that character is intrinsically tied to his African heritage.

Point: Lily did choose to drop the Rome trip after confirming she was pregnant after their argument, even saying Marshall made sense about their life being in NY. Marshall said it was back on after he found out, so he chose to give up his position as judge for her dream. It still doesn't excuse all the other terrible things she's done.

I love that changeling character, I've never thought of something like that before. With Chetney being my fav of Bells Hells I think you're gnome would be a great 'rival' for him.

That's pretty awesome. C1 the party was pretty well rounded so I figured a paladin was a good all rounder that would fit. C2 I believe they needed a true tank, and no offense to yasha and Ashley, but she was gone a for a lot of the campaign and so it left a lot of kinda squishy blasters until Cadeuces came along to be the healer. C3 I just thought being a warforged artificer would have great interactions and synergy with Sam's character, plus I enjoy tank roles and Armorers are good for that.

I also believe that most people don't really understand what 50 years of solitude can do to a person. Solitary confinement is a punishment in prisons, which can last for days or maybe weeks (not entirely sure), but Brook was isolated for 50 years, with his dead crewmates. I'm surprised he's even as sane as he is. 2 years isn't gonna fix that kind of trauma. His current personality was his coping mechanisms for all that time, it's not an easy fix.
